Policies & Guidelines

Arrival/Departure

Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

Check-out time: 11:00 am.

Late Arrivals: Please call (Tel USA: 941 726 7481)

Late Check Out: Additional fee of $50.00

Cancellations/Refunds - Travel Insurance?

Advanced payments are refundable less a $100.00 processing fee for each room if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or 14 days for special events.

30 day cancellation for multiple bookings and holidays.

Group reservations are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Smoking & Vaping

Non-smoking facility. 

There are designated areas outside with ashtrays provided. Guests choosing to disregard our policy will be asked to leave and will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of $300. Fire codes do not allow the burning of candles.

Children

Well behaved children 8 years and above are more than welcome. They will be pampered as little princes and princesses. Children's amenities can be inquired from the innkeepers if necessary.

Pets

We are able to accommodate our guests' pets in The Cottage only. Pets are not allowed in the main house (up to 2 pets allowed for an additional $50 per animal per night).

Special dietary restrictions or food allergies: Please let us know if you have special diet restrictions when making your reservation.

We can communicate in English and Spanish - Se Habla Español.

Accommodation Only Hotel

Any use of the suite outside of standard guest accommodations must be approved in writing by the manager. This includes but is not limited to wedding photography, product shoots, film productions, group meetings, and other commercial uses or uses outside of standard accommodation use.

$950 per night with breakfast included*

$2,000 per night with breakfast, lunch and dinner included*

Available add-on for buyout only: $20 per person for afternoon snacks (Displayed or Picnic Basket)
